Management

Lea Hall Social Club Ltd is a company limited by guarantee registered with Companies House 02705898.  The company is the trading subsidiary of the charity Lea Hall Miners Welfare Centre and is responsible for running the commercial bar trade within the Centre.  The aim of the company is to support the activity of the charity.  It has the duty of maximising surplus income in order to gift aid that surplus to the charity to ensure the continued operation of the charity.  The company Directors are responsible for the running of the company. The Management Committee carry out duties to ensure that the day to day running of the Club runs smoothly.
